  • Are your rentals cleaned?
    Yes! All rentals are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized after each rental. This ensures that you'll receive clean, high quality, and safe rentals with every rental you book with us.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, all rentals require a non-refundable deposit of $50 that goes towards the total cost of your rental. Remaining balance for all rentals is due on your event date. The non-refundable deposit, guarantees your reservation and ensures that the necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate your rental. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect your plans. However, the non-refundable deposit policy allows us to maintain our commitment to providing quality service and ensure fairness to all of our customers.
  • Inclement Weather
    In the event that rain or high winds are in the forecast, your rental may need to be rescheduled. There will be no additional cost to reschedule your rental.
  • Does the price include delivery and set up?
    Yes. However, additional fees may apply for deliveries outside of Louisville.
  • What time will you deliver and set up my rental?
    Our deliveries start at 7:30 am to ensure rentals are delivered and set up on time for that day. Unless otherwise stated in your booking, rentals begin pickup at 6:00 pm.
  • What is the rental duration time?
    Bounce Houses: Duration guaranteed from requested booking time through 6:00pm pickup time. Please note that based on delivery schedule, bounce houses could be delivered prior to requested booking time. Foam Dart Battle: Duration is guaranteed for 4 hours. Please contact us to extend rental duration. Marquee Letters: Duration is guaranteed for your entire event, based on the information provided during booking.
  • What surfaces can bounce houses be set up on?
    We can set up on grass (the BEST option), concrete, and asphalt. We're unable to set up on rocky surfaces, due to possible damage to the bounce house.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as mobile payment services.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to ensure fairness to all our clients and to maintain the efficient operation of our services, we have instituted the following cancellation policy: Cancellations/Reschedules can be made 5 days or more in advance of the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 5 days of the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is in place to protect our business from financial loss incurred by late cancellations, as well as to honor the commitments we make to our clients.
  • What if I book within 48 hours of my event?
    We understand life happens and some rentals will be booked within 48 hours of the actual event. In this scenario, accommodation will be based on inventory availability as well as additional booking charges may apply.
